Events! Check this page regularly for notification of events Casting Off the Cold is participating in. Our Annual Event - Worldwide Knit in Public Day! 2013 Knit in Public Day is Sunday, June 9. Look for members of Casting Off the Cold on Main Street Unionville near the Bandstand. That's at the corner of Main St. and Fred Varley Drive, just a little north of the Planing Mill shops. Please drop by to say hello if you're in the area. Fundraiser! 2012's autumn fundraiser is a hand-crocheted octagonal afghan that would brighten up any bedroom or family room.
